Please fill out the form below with all necessary information. Your client will immediately receive an email to schedule an introductory phone call. We recommend making your client aware that they will receive this email. If we receive an intake form without a scheduled introductory call, we will follow up with the client to schedule.
During this call we will discuss project details, review the services included for their project, and schedule a time to meet in person for a paint color consultation. -
1) Contractor includes consultation cost in bid for the client.
Contractor includes the cost of a consultation in the bid for their client.
Ventura Color invoices contractor at the contractor cost after the consultation.
This is a great option to help sell jobs & win bids.
2) Contractor includes discounted consultation for the client.
Contractor informs client that they will include a discount or “pay for a portion” of the consultation. (Homeowner cost for comparison is listed under “Interior Consultations” and “Exterior Consultations”.
Ventura Color invoices the contractor at the discounted contractor cost. This can be added as a line item to the clients final bill.
This is a great option to help sell jobs & win bids when the job cost is too low to include a free consultation. Your company still appears as if they are providing cost towards the consultation service.
3) Contractor refers client to work directly with Ventura Color.

Ventura Color directly invoices the client at the homeowner cost.

It is the responsibility of the client to make their final decisions on paint colors.
It is expected that the client reviews the color options on a larger scale before painting, using either paint samples or large paper swatches against the surfaces in the lighting where they will be painted.
It is the responsibility of the client to communicate final color decisions to their painting company.

If clients add on Supportive Services to address things such as additional paint colors or color layout changes, the client will be made aware of how this could impact the original quote. Historic Exterior Photo Renderings
Photo rendering representations of color selections for historic exterior projects. This is intended for any historic home where we use more than one color on a surface, such as corbels, vestibules, and other decorative millwork.

Up to 2 color options per surface
1 Revision (optional)
Ideal For:
Visualizing new paint colors in a space

Client receives email link to schedule Welcome Call
During the Welcome Call we will discuss project details, review the services included for a consultation, and schedule a time to meet in person for a color consultation.
During the consultation we will review color options in person. We will narrow it down to 1-2 options for each surface. The client receives 3×4 in. paper samples.
Ventura Color will send you and the client a link to the notes outlining color / sheen recommendations.
The client makes their final decisions on color options and communicates those with your company.
Ventura Color makes color recommendations and includes detailed notes but is not responsible for making or communicating final color decisions.

What happens next:
1) The client will receive an email with a link to the Welcome Call Calendar where they can select a time for an introductory phone call.
2) During the Welcome Call we will discuss project details and color preferences, review the services included for their project and schedule a time to meet in person for a color consultation.
3) The client and I will meet at the project address for a color consultation to determine color options for their upcoming project. At the end of the consultation they will receive 3x4 in. paper samples of the color options.
4) After the consultation both your company and the client will receive a link to a document with notes from our consultation including photos, color swatch, color name & number and any other necessary information.
5) Clients are responsible for making their final color decisions and communicating them with your company. Ventura Color is not responsible for final color decisions.
